At Geely, we believe great service is one of the most important elements to our brand.

In order to achieve this we have a fully equipped aftersales service/team which includes technical and customer relations. Our dedicated aftersales team offers our dealers any support they may need in order to rectifying a matter. If a matter is unable to be rectified by  the dealership, Geely South Africa has a fully equipped R&D centre located in Midrand, Gauteng .

The customer care department adheres to a prescribed process of handling complaints whereby complaints will be handled in the order they are received.

If a vehicle cannot be repaired in a reasonable amount of time and/or a “VOR” part is unavailable , at the discretion of Geely South Africa a vehicle may be made available to the customer.
